The Metro stops in Prague remind me of those in Stockholm. They aren’t just places to catch a train, but they are also wonderful pieces of public architecture. Unlike like the stations in Washington DC, which are also stylish but all roughly the same, these stations have different styles. It’s great to see when cities invest this kind of attention to public transport. As more of us choose buses and trains over cars, it helps that the experience is a pleasant and eye-pleasing one.
